Order Changes & Cancellations
If your order has been placed but has not yet left our warehouse, you may request a cancellation for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will follow the return process outlined below.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of purchase provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders that have already shipped are not eligible for return. However, you may cancel an upcoming shipment at any time before it is processed for fulfillment to avoid being charged.
We recommend managing your subscription ahead of your renewal date to prevent unwanted deliveries.
Starting a Return
Before sending any items back, please contact our support team at help@getkif.com so we can assist you and provide return instructions.
Approved returns will be issued a return reference number along with the correct return address. This reference number helps us identify your package and process your request efficiently.
Please ensure the reference number is clearly included with your return.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
