Bristles look more slick and fine than the previous one. It's smaller, but it gets the job done. I kinda want then to bring back the rubber cover of the previous version, not really sure if it was a tongue cleaner though.

Love my toothbrush, love the new design!! My only complaint is the bristles are too soft been trying to buy some new inserts but they only make the one type which for me isn’t hard enough. Hopefully, they’re gonna Sort this out! As I have to Carry A different toothbrush now
